Winter Speech and Language ideas


Be sure and take advantage of seasonal and everyday  speech and language vocabulary and concepts
 


Teach verbs with action words, regular and irregular verb tense).
The easiest is to actually do the actions, then take pictures of them doing the actions and review later.  Next, let them hide and find objects or stuffed animals for prepositions.  Books are also a good way to point out actions and prepositions.
RATIONALE;  Understanding and giving directions requires a vast knowledge of verbs and prepositions.
